Podium Property Insights (now Placeform), a joint-venture with Lendlease and Accenture, is a platform that seamlessly combines workplace and building data unlocking actionable insights to drive thriving people and places.
Challenge
Post-pandemic, we saw a seismic shift in the way we thought about and use workplaces. Workplace managers must be focussed on more than cost efficiencies and safety. They are now on the hook to drive employees into key assets. Employees want to know that when they go into the office it is safe, collaborative and drives productivity in a meaningful way, earning the commute.
However it’s not that simple to implement:
• Data is fragmented across different systems
• The data is difficult to interpret and understand how to action
• New strategies and initiatives like return-to-work are hard to track and measure
Process

Impact
In 7.5 months we delivered PPI to 6 Accenture and Lendlease BETA sites across Australia, Singapore, London and Germany. Workplace managers, for the first time, could drive collaboration, engagement, trust and overall operational efficiency by making decisions backed by intelligent insights with a single, easy to use platform.
PPI has now moved beyond workplaces into retail assets with an estimated revenue $50m p.a. by year 5.
